This should be exciting! I thoroughly enjoyed the Hebrews 11 pilgrimage. And now we're landing in one of my sweet spots. I just finished a Lenten preaching series on John 15, which for me is the pivotal passage for understanding spiritual formation. Abiding in Jesus IS spiritual formation. This series was part of a longer arc of messages on John's Gospel in "A Year of Learning Jesus." When you announced this 7-week slow walk, I immediately rearranged my personal reading plan to include this.
I want to know His voice. I want to live in His secure peace. I want to know how to access His power. Really looking forward to this <3
I tend to skim read….I look forward to this slow read! So many things to explore and learn!
Swimming ever deeper into He in me and I in Him. Mystery that is only understandable in that place of unknowing.

This made my day! What an honor. Be sure to speak up in the comments as we go.
Sitting with the disciples knowing what I know on the other side while acknowledging the weight of this moment for them.
Looking forward to your thoughtful questions and loving encouragement to us as we grow in knowing God and God’s word.
Sitting in His presence... Soaking in Him... So many reasons! I love that you are doing this!
reading this caused other well-loved phrases to pop into my mind: "further up and further in"
"all shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well"
"everything sad is going to come untrue"
i love all these, and though they are not Scripture, they go well with Scripture
